I was inspired by old objects that are reused and transformed into other functions.

 

I used this suitcase to transform it into another object; a light object. It became one with another function, without adding too many other materials. The sandblasting surfaces give an extra touch to the object.

''Traveling light'' has two meanings. It is based on traveling with little luggage (only one suitcase) and its is connected to the dandelion fluff below the text; that is so light in weight that it floats.

​

The second meaning is self-evident; the light shining from the suitcase.
